The goal of the art program is to foster a supportive community of artists and like-minded creatives. Providing an atmosphere of safety and respect. To form a space for developing, and nurturing their talents, as well as, developing creative thinkers. We aim to encourage healthy expression in young artists who, through their own unique talent, can create beauty in a way that is meaningful.  In art class, the students study the works of master and contemporary artists. They also explore art through a cultural lens and how art is transformed through diverse cultures. 

An understanding of the elements and principles of art are examined while the students create their own works in a variety of mediums and techniques. This approach increases their technical skills as they create works of art.
